It is the responsibility of the BUYER to ensure all USERS of Product purchased by BUYER understand and comply with all local, state and federal laws regarding vehicle emissions (including the CAA), noise/sound, and speed/use.
Installation and use of Product could result in the voidance of vehicle and/or parts manufacturers’ warranties, and BUYER acknowledges and assumes that risk and hereby waives any liability of SELLER related to such risk.
It is the BUYERS responsibility to make sure they have the ability to properly use and install the product. Performance Calibration is NOT responsible for improper install, failure to read instructions, follow directions, or any negative effects from the buyers INSTALL AND OR USE. This includes, but not limited to:
Engine Failure
Transmission Failure
Electrical issues
Complete loss or failure
