This is a common issue on 13-18 Cummins ECMs
This service is also applicable to ALL 19-21 Cummins with the new dealer flash that locks the ecm out entirely.
There are no refunds on this process, and some ECMS are just not repairable depending on the issue. This does including shipping back to the purchaser.
